This is a superb, beautifully decorated villa, has exceptional views to the sea. The villa is located in a peaceful, residential location, set back from the main resort and in walking distance to the old harbour. This luxurious, modern, single storey villa is furnished to a very high standard and bright and spacious throughout. The living room has stylish leather sofas, a dining area and large sliding doors to the terrace. There is a very well equipped separate kitchen, with a breakfast bar, patio doors to the terrace and leads to a utility room, with washing machine and a clothes drying area. There are three extremely attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, wall mounted television and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with a full suite, bath and separate shower. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, which share a family bathroom. The patio doors from the living room and kitchen lead out to a large, two-tiered terrace. The upper level has a shaded area with patio dining furniture and a built in Canarian barbecue. The lower level has a large sunbathing terrace overlooking the private, 8x3.5 metre swimming pool, which has Roman steps. Next to this is the ultimate luxury of a 15 jet American hot spring spa Jacuzzi.
